Emme Eich Building is a residential solution for college students. Located within walking distance to one of Monterrey’s top Universities, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Emme Eich rises to solve the high demand of affordable living for young students.
The intention behind the formal approach was inspired by the relationship between vertical and horizontal. Emme Eich has 10 stories, each with two independent appartments.
